SOME COMMON CONDITIONS WE CAN TREAT WITH GRASTON:

One of our specialties here at Chipota Wellness Center is Graston. Graston Technique is a stainless-steel instrument-assisted approach to soft-tissue therapy.

Sounds fancy, right? Essentially, this incredible tool can be used to detect and remove scar tissue build up in the muscles that lead to pain and restriction.

What is Graston Technique Therapy?

After years of mastering her craft, Dr. Brea is determined to make sure no patient ever feels like a number. She combines a compassionate and whole picture approach with realistic and tailored treatment plans.

Your story and your goals will be met with plenty of space to be expressed and a keen listening ear to piece together the puzzle ahead.

Dr. Brea believes the key to feeling like yourself again is a willingness to learn. To learn about your body and its cues. To learn about lifestyle factors feeding your discomfort.

Chiropractic work is not a quick-fix or miracle cure–it’s a partnership to set you on the path to lasting wellness.

We are out of network with insurance companies. Our current payment options include cash, credit/debit card, check, or HSA/FSA. If requested, we can provide superbills that the patient can submit to their insurance company. Depending on your out of network coverage, you may be able to be reimbursed.

How will I pay to work with you?

We recommend tailored at home exercises to most of our patients but to what degree will depend on the condition we’re treating and how long it has been present. Learning to prioritize wellness while managing a full schedule helps speed up the recovery process and allows adjustments to hold longer.

I’m so busy, how much do I need to do at home?

No two patients are alike so the frequency of our visits will vary. Whether you are suffering from chronic or acute conditions we’ll customize a treatment plan to suit your needs. As a new patient you can expect a higher frequency of care in the beginning as we work to correct the root issue. As symptoms decrease, many patients enjoy coming a couple times a month, once a month, and sometimes even once a week for preventative care to stay healthy.

How often do I need to see you?

It can be frustrating living in pain but not knowing what caused it (or what you could be doing to keep it from getting worse). If you’re ready to get to the root of it, that’s what we’re here for!

What if I don’t know why I’m in pain?

Yes! Chiropractic care is heavily researched and helps with a variety of symptoms and is completely safe. A thorough exam is done in our office with every new patient to determine if there are any contraindications for chiropractic care.
